Service scope
This website introduces Yapper and lets you request launch updates. The waitlist is free. Joining is not an order, paid reservation, subscription or software licence. Demonstrations are illustrative and do not record your voice.
Joining
Use an email address you control and do not subscribe other people without authorization. The form explains the purpose of communications and links to the privacy policy. Leave the list at any time, free of charge, by contacting the operator.
Availability and product information
Yapper is in development. Features, requirements, pricing and availability may change. Joining does not guarantee a release date, access priority, price or perpetual availability. Prices, sales terms, licensing and applicable consumer rights will be presented before any purchase; these terms do not replace them.
Acceptable use and content
Do not use the website for spam, abusive automated signups, unauthorized access or unlawful activities. We may restrict abusive requests to protect the service. Website marks, text and materials belong to the operator or their respective rightsholders, subject to uses permitted by law.
Liability and mandatory rights
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and its information accurate, but interruptions or mistakes may occur. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Law, disputes and updates
Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Consumer disputes remain subject to the courts provided by applicable law. Contact the operator for complaints. Changes will be published with an updated date and will not retroactively expand email consent.
